Early Voting by personal appearance is made available to the voters of Sullivan County. It starts twenty (20) days before each election and ends five (5) days before each election. Any registered voter in Sullivan County may go to any one of the three locations to vote early. All locations are set-up with the same ballots that would be available at the polling place on Election Day. A voter may do a name or address change at any of the three early voting locations.

A voter does not have to have a reason to vote early. The only requirement is that the voter be registered in Sullivan County and have some form of identification. The voter’s registration card is preferred, but other types of identification will be accepted.
